SOOO...This is the main reason I started this blog! My awesome, handsome, smart, funny, etc. boyfriend SURPRISED the heck out of me and as the countdown was going on for the New Year...5...4...3...2...1...Josh turns me around in front of 100's of thousands of people and gets down on one knee and pops the question!! WILL YOU MARRY ME?? I couldn't believe it, I was totally not expecting it at that time! He did a fake me out proposal on Christmas in the kitchen so he had me so thrown off! Little sneak! But I couldn't have asked for a better, more exciting way. So we ended 2008 as boyfriend and girlfriend, and are starting 2009 engaged!!! So I can now just refer to him from now on out as my Fiance'! I LOVE IT!!! That is until June 27th, 2009, then he will be my most fabulous HUSBAND!! I really can't wait for that!! ;-)

New Year's Eve in Vegas...
We decided it would be fun to make a little trip down to Vegas for New Year's Eve. We enjoyed the company of some friends, and had a GREAT TIME! We drove down that day and went shopping at the outlets, then all went to eat the World Buffet...yum yum yum, then back to the Hotel to chill for a sec. We then mossed out down to the strip! Man were there some interesting characters! Very entertaining! Lots of cops...even mounted ones, which I thought were amazing! We also saw a dare devil jump and land on top of the arch at the Paris. I was very glad I was advised to wear good comfortable shoes...man we did A LOT OF WALKING! I know some girls that were walking around in heels all night, probably wanted to chop their feet off by the end of the night! Little did I know at the stroke of midnight what was in store for me!! I mean US!! lol...Here are some pictures from the trip...

Our 1st Christmas Together...
After many long hours of working in retail, needless to say I wasn't looking at Christmas the same this year. But boy did we have a great time together. We started many new traditions of our own as well as carried on some from our families before. I am sooo looking forward to having a new family with Josh and starting even more traditions. I can honestly say this is one of the most favorite Christmas' I've EVER had! It's probably the ONLY one that we will ever have as just US! Here are some of our fun activities...
